Registration Key and Activation Problems
If you have misplaced your Y!TunnelPro registration key
or if you have recently ordered Y!TunnelPro and have not received your registration
key you can request to have it automatically sent to the email address provided with
your purchase. Click here
to have your registration key automatically emailed to you.
If you have recently placed an order and have not received your registration key, or if you have lost your
registration key you can contact our customer care center directly at 
We verify all customer information related to registration key requests. When contacting our staff
please make sure you have the following information available:
- Name of the person who purchased the key
- Street Address on the order
- The zipcode or country code on the order
- Telephone number on the order
- The e-mail address on the order
***IMPORTANT*** If you have recently purchased Y!TunnelPro or have requested
that your registration key be automatically emailed to you there is a good possibility that you may
not be able to receive it. Several email services appear to be incorrectly interpreting registration key
emails sent by our servers as SPAM. If you are using an email service such as Yahoo!, AOL, or HotMail
that provides SPAM blocking features make sure that you turn those features off BEFORE requesting your
registration key.
If after disabling all SPAM filtering features you still do not receive your registration key
please contact your email provider FIRST.
