A new configuration file has been posted to provide compatibility with Yahoo! Messenger version 10. This eliminates issues users have experiences with Private Message and Yahoo! Chat windows. To ensure that you receive this update click on the Y!TunnelPro icon in the Task Tray and select "Check for updates." This will immediately download and install the new configuration file.

Please note that there is still one unresolved compatibility issue when using Messenger 10 with Y!TunnelPro. The Y! Updates tab next to the Messenger Buddy List will not display - this is due to a problem in the Ad blocker. We expect to have this issue resolved soon.


*** To verify that you have received the latest configuration file, click on the Y!TunnelPro icon in the task tray, select "Technical Support" and then select "About Y!TunnelPro". The "Y!TunnelPro Configuration File" should read "Edition 310".

Due to recent changes in the Yahoo! servers Deny-A-Buddy functionality has been re-activated in Y!TunnelPro and is now available through auto update. This feature allows you to remove your Yahoo ID from another users buddy list and can be accessed from the Y!TunnelPro menu in Yahoo! Messenger windows.


Please note that after the update is downloaded and applied you may need to restart Y!TunnelPro before Deny-A-Buddy is accessible.
